Shipping Policy

Every Maison des Vials order is carefully hand filled, sealed, and packaged to help your fragrances arrive safely.

Free U.S. Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $59 or more after discounts and before taxes.

The order subtotal must reach $59 after promotional codes or discounts have been applied. Gift card purchases and previously paid shipping charges do not count toward the minimum.

Standard U.S. Shipping

Shipping rates for orders under $59 are calculated at checkout based on the destination and available shipping service.

Most standard shipments arrive within 2 to 8 business days after they have been processed and accepted by the carrier. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Order Processing

Maison des Vials fragrances are hand decanted and packaged specifically for each order. Please allow time for your order to be prepared before it ships.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. During sales, holidays, new fragrance launches, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take a little longer. We promise your perfume is not lounging around. It is simply waiting for its turn at the filling station.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your package has been prepared for shipment.

Fragrance Shipping Requirements

Perfume contains alcohol and is classified as a flammable liquid. Orders may be limited to eligible ground transportation services in accordance with carrier regulations.

Because of these requirements, expedited shipping, air transportation, international shipping, and delivery to certain destinations may be unavailable.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times depend on your location, carrier conditions, weather, holidays, and seasonal shipping volume.

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, Maison des Vials cannot guarantee its delivery date. Carrier delays do not qualify for a shipping refund unless the selected service included a carrier backed delivery guarantee.

Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

Maison des Vials is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by an incomplete or incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you notice an address error, contact us immediately. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing or received a shipping label.

If an order is returned to Maison des Vials because of an incorrect address, an undeliverable address, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping it.

Tracking and Delivery

Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with members of your household, nearby neighbors, your building office, and the delivery carrier.

If the package remains missing, contact Maison des Vials so we can review the tracking information and help determine the appropriate next step.

Damaged or Leaking Packages

If your order arrives damaged or leaking, contact Maison des Vials within 48 hours of the carrier’s recorded delivery.

Please retain all items, individual packaging, and shipping materials. Photographs will be required so we can review the issue and, when appropriate, submit a claim with the carrier.

Shipping Delays

If Maison des Vials cannot ship your order within the timeframe stated at checkout, we will contact you with an updated estimate. You may accept the delay or cancel the affected portion of your order for a refund.
